Flat A – (Sleeps 6-8)
Flat A is located next to the Ranch House just a little way from Castlepoint Holiday Park. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed. The second bedroom has three sets of bunks. This flat accommodates six to eight people. No linen or bedding is supplied, however mattresses have a fitted bottom sheet, pillow and pillow cases. Shared bathroom with the other flat. You are welcome to bring your own or you can hire them from us here at the Holiday Park.
The Flat is open plan with dining, living and kitchen areas. The kitchen has cooking facilities including an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery provided for you. There is a television and a heater to use on cooler evenings.

Flat B
Flat B is located next to the Ranch House just a little way from Castlepoint Holiday Park. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two sets of bunks. There are also two window seats in the living area that convert into two single beds.
This flat accommodates six to eight people. No linen or bedding is supplied, however mattresses have a fitted bottom sheet, pillow and pillow cases. You are welcome to bring your own or you can hire them from us here at the Holiday Park.
Flat B is open plan with dining, living and kitchen areas. The kitchen has cooking facilities including an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric frying pan, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery all provided for you. There is a television and a heater to use on cooler evenings.
Communal BBQ available for flats and shared bathroom and laundry.
No Dogs allowed.
Full tariff $175.00 applies from 20th December 2010 until 30 January 2011 All weekends in Feb & March, All long weekends.
Shoulder tariff $165.00 applies mid week in February until Easter 2011
Off season tariff $140.00 applies after Easter 2011 until 30th September 2011
